Why would i be gutted?
I dont care if there sh*t, i dont care if they came of some £29.99 kiddie bike from halfords. They are dead straight, run really smooth, seem bloody strong and cost me £10.
I quite like em, and the bikes going to my G/F eventually anyway, cos i want a haro master.
So, whats the deal?

Thats fair enough by me then mate.

Just hope you were not duped into buying them on the pretence that they are a rare OS rim.

Must say, I like the frame, and quite a rarity to see one like it.

Love Ammaco's myself.

So, what are they, where did they come from?
I was given the ammaco, 1981 silver star.
It was complete and original, original tyres/ brake blocks/ cables, everything. Even has the cable clips under the pads.
Unfortunately i lost the v bar pad cover, and one of the original cables, and i cut of the original grips. Never mind.
Ive still got the original crank and wheels, but there a bit nackered.
Got red mushrooms on the way.
Has renthal ally lay back post too!
Oh, and i took the stickers off cos they were all mullered.
(i didnt appreciate it when i was given it!)

So anyhow, tell me about the wheels.

Fair enough, was the link to the skyway to tempt me into better wheels?
I was going to get some red tuffs and run white tires, but these were too cheap to turn down so i stuck the original yres back on to keep it cheap.
The decals were gold with black outlines i believe.
It also had a lee cooper sticker on the head tube,
And a deat tube sticker saying something about race winners 1980 1981 with a laurel, or something like that.
