Ey up people,

any thoughts on this-

I listed a blue Ariake Jaguar seat on the bay a couple of days ago, never been on a bike and in really good nick, it did'nt get a bid. A blue shotgun II seat finished tonight for £57, according to Rockchick's Ebay shop, the Shotgun was also made by Ariake and they both look alike.

What went wrong?.

I've found this. There seems to be no logic sometimes to items the same will go for vastly different prices. Just depends on the red mist that bidders get.

Blue Shotgun II's command a premium, espescially if they have the anodised blue rails.

It's that old story - for the perfectionists, it has to be the original name.
