Cut it into small cubes and make your own special fried rice, dead simple and tastes lovely. You'll need a wok though.

cube them up with small sliced potato shallow fry with touch of wooster sauce .
then put on top of beans on toast with a sprinkle of mature cheddar ,sounds yuck but lervely

Cube them up - stick one on a hook - use it as bait to catch a nice barbel or chub, then eat that, and f**k the spam off out of it.

I think my mum used to grill it. You could also cube it, fry it and stick it in an omelette.

put it on a slice of toast raw with a slice of cheese on top ,put under the grill for 3 min and then rub it on your bum and enjoy
