I used to love Night Rider in the 80's, suppose the old Hoff has to take it hands down.

Harry Leary or Eric Rupe. (both still racing I believe). For some reason Greg Hill and Gary Ellis annoyed me. Maybe it was the GT /  Robinson thing. I wasn't a fan of GT back in the day, but now I'm older and more reasonable, I finally appreciate them.
