Your more than welcome mate, theres no shortage of pisstaking, but one more never hurt....

No race licence needed for the Old school gate. Full face helmet, long sleeves and gloves are essential.
£2.50 race fee.

Meet at McDonalds for a cuppa from 9am, leave maccys at 9.45

registeration 10am

racing 11am

all over by 2pm

we have old skool trophys now for the top three and a trophy for the best bike used for racing

To keep it fair Dan Harris is judging the bike comp.....

It's actually a club winter regional, last month there where 63 riders there in total.

Martyny and his daughter are coming. Divot might be too if he doesn't have to work. He may need a bike though.
Without 39/17 gearing!

That makes a probable 2 more for the old school and one more for the youngsters as Martyn's daughter is only 7.
But she rips round the track though on a 16". Even tries to manual some of the whoops.

Old school, don't be silly, those bikes are bloody dangerious.

16+ for me, or I could take my safety cycle, but the back wheel keeps getting caught up my butt crack.....

I have got that Torker cruiser 90% built now. (Using bits and peices I had laying around!)

Just waiting for a seat & post combo, plus a stem to arrive. Hopefully the postie has something nice for me.

Also I can't find my seatpost clamp anywhere!

Gonna have a good look over the next couple of days. (If not - a quick trip to Halfords is on the cards!)

It'll be a really weird thing to ride cos the only cruiser bars I have are mid school Mongoose ones - but the rise is too high! Should be very interesting.

In case the stem doesn't arrive - can I borrow one on the day? (I think Quadpaul made an offer??)
