Just have a look at your stash Dan, you have all the must have bits  :daumenhoch:
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry, England, and Saint George!'

BTW you'll need to cut about 2 inches off each end of the bars too if you wanna be true midschool

Maybe Standard 6 piece bars.  You could go with a gyro,  AD990 of course and maybe an ACS Boa up front or an AD on a plate.

Hmmmm...for me it's got to be anything Hoffman (surprise, eh?!). But really; AD990, Bulldog calipers, GT Profile Cranks and Odyssy bits and pieces are the staples for a mid-school build...and in the later 90's I would say Primo made an impact with tyres and Powerbite cranks (they used to do some great colours).

Super-high end you only really had JAD which seemed to be really overpriced and a bit wierd. Don't know how good they were.

First gen love handles made in the usa, with removable grip tubes
Second gen super rare team issue - usa made love handles with welded grip yubes and small gussets.
Jad sherman
GT Flat back power series cranks
Bully fork with canti mounts and some weird lever at the back of them.
Standard bike co u brake forks with special 990 brake (looked like a first gen suntour)
Standard suntour shell.
Basic Bike Co. aura frame.

There was some awful frames out at that time like :
Ketch
Fly'n W frame

Bloody hell.   Thats hit the nail on the head right there  :)   Just about sums it up.

Although because I was old during the midschool, I never felt the urge to join sides (s&m/standard).  I went for Hoffman simply because he inspired me to get back on a bike - seemed like the right thing to do.

DK stems unless you had a few quid, then it was TNT  :)
