well the bars are easy to do cos they only hoffman jump bars just need the stickers for it , i got a set if you need to get em copied as i been in touch with hoffman and there is no chance to get them anymore , as for the seat i will wait in line as i will only break it anyway. the sprocket im sure you could get done as well.
and yes i have occasionly taken it rom but its breakless and scares the shit outa me

Cheers Pat - I'd love to get hold of those decals to do a scan of, then I can get some repros done. Naturally, I'll hook you up with a couple of sets so you never have to use the originals mate.  :daumenhoch:

Yeah, the sprocket looks fairly easy to repro as well...have you got one of those I can scan too? And the seat...fingers crossed for both of us...I've seen the aftermarket fat one around, but the original from the complete bike, that's another story. Let's both keep our eyes peeled and I'm sure we'll both get sorted eventually!

Cheers mate

Dave

Was the Wembley edition baby blue?

It certainly was...and it had a more conventional frame shape. Nice though.

You get NOS complete's turning up on the bay now and then with dreamers trying to cash in on them, never seem to sell though.

Yeah, I've seen a couple over the last few months...both were lightly used though.

Mine is one of the framesets they sold alongside the completes. So, I don't know how I'm going to build it yet...i.e. replicate a complete, or build it with better parts...hmmmmm

 :)

best way to build a EK1  imo  is get the frame forks bars and seat  then build it up with top of the range hoffman stuff all in black thats my plan if i ever get a seat that is

Ooo...sounds interesting...

Don't want you breaking that Hoffman up though...it just looks so right!  The blue matches perfectly.

Sound nice Pat...would you go for the black Primo cranks like on the 01 EK? That looks sweet.

I've pretty much decided I'm not going to try to re-create a 'complete', as this F&F was sold as a frameset only...so I want to go for something a bit different...not sure what yet, but I've got a few ideas.

Lazychubs told me about that 007 EK - track the little git down and have it!!!

Nice one mate.

You know my first love is my GT - you numpty.

I just thought I'd use Rombloke usual argument...cause it was quite funny (for a change).
