To The Hersden Mob....

Hello to all the new and old school riders at Hersden. Sorry I missed saying goodbye to quite a few people at the last meeting, and I wish I had gone to more of the meetings while in the UK. I am not on line at home yet so Im on a PC in the local library. Just went to the local bike shop to get my 10 speed fixed up and met a local bmxer who had just returned from the Queensland state championships.....780 riders!.......gotta get a dirt bike again!
Good luck to you all next season and I hope Hersden gets better and better

Hi Gary glad you arrived safely, hope to see you dominating 40+ in 2008 down there. I've e-mailed the Oz BMX association & told them you are not 40 until 2008,so no funny business next year
Wolfy, why are you only going for 1 week, it's a long way to go just for that?

Hey Gary - what's this about being in an Oz library - I didn't think Australians were cultured enough to read

Theres actually more than ten books in this library! just looked on the QLD BMX website, there are 3 tracks within about 40kms from me, the nearest is about 10kms from me, they all have flood lit night racing on friday nights and run loads of clinics for new riders.
Just bought a new road bike and she has gone a bit radio rental again so the bmx bike will have to wait a while
Bike and bits are fecking expensive over here, as well as second had cars.....cheaper to buy new
Oh thanks for that Dave!
Your welcome anytime Wolfster....dont come in February is mental hot, roadies go out at 5pm!

Sorry to hijack this thread Gary but thought it would catch the Hersden guys' eyes to see if we can get a few of them to go along to Braintree for a bit of a session. See the thread here guys

Comments on the other thread please.

PS: Wishing you well Gary
PPS: Check out the unhealthy mob in the pics - you'll thrash them!!

Hijacking this thread again to drag it under the noses of the Hersden Mob (what's left of them after emigration & injury) to see if any are up for a bit of full-size track fun. Come on guys (and gals if you're game) it's not too far to Braintree and OldManKev is planning to come up from Pompey so the South East coast is just a stroll away. Frighten the Essex boys by declaring your interest to race and just maybe we can get them down for some four-man fun when Hersden gets rolling again. Humps
