Painting a stem

I need to paint an alloy stem white.
any tips? (do i need special paint to stick to alloy?)

Etch primer is best for max paint adhesion though most primers will do the job  :daumenhoch:

yep as above or it will scratch of.i get mine stove enameled costs around £5
