Somebody will have an idea on the name and the year of this frame and fork

It looks at first glance like a late 70s or early 80s Mongoose,
But there are cable guides on the frame, and a plate behind the BB. Seems unusual.

I can't say for sure, hopefully someone else will.

I think it might be a Kuwahara mid 80's, wouldn't put my life in it though :-\

Are they cable guides on the top tube? If so unlikely to be early 80's. More like mid late 80's or 90's

Looks like an akizu "akisu", I sold one like that earlier this year, didnt have the cable guides, but gusset, rear drop outs etc. was the same
