tuff neck and flights

hi ive fitted a tuffneck to my flights and the spinde is smaller than chainring hole do i have to get a spacer or am i missing summut obvious :-[

I already picked one up , i was having a chat with alan this morning and he told me which was which , Needs reducing down to 19.summat so i picked it up .
I love going into alans as we always have a good chat about (you guessed it) bmx
