MX 1000 question

 on my mx 1000's the fixing bolt what goes through my forks is well long  and the one on the back is aswell

how can i get over this problem ?  spacers?

seems you have two fronts
get a shorter spindle for rear and two spacers for the front

they are both different sizes but one seems really long   where would you get a smaller spindle from rhys? cheers

most bike shops should have em in stock
or ask on rad as ive given a few away to rad peeps lol
if its the flat brake bridge u need the smallest ones
which i may have a spare one but need to look
first

it is a flat brake bridge its for my torker

or nick a spindle from a copy brake, swap the guts over, and bingo

Tis a pain, thats for sure......failing that, use a cooling fin for brake blocks, Matdub had one on a brake i bought off him, looked cool as well

Them copy mx spindles are dangerous , my 14 yr old son snapped his front one and wrapped it around the wheel , all he did was stop in front of me and it gave way.I think they are made of putty and not at all safe  
Be carefull if you do change to the cheap £4 brake ones

get an m6 die and cut the threads further then cut off the excess.thats what i did.
