It looks at first glance like a late 70s or early 80s Mongoose,
But there are cable guides on the frame, and a plate behind the BB. Seems unusual.
I can't say for sure, hopefully someone else will.

Are they cable guides on the top tube? If so unlikely to be early 80's. More like mid late 80's or 90's

Looks like an akizu "akisu", I sold one like that earlier this year, didnt have the cable guides, but gusset, rear drop outs etc. was the same

The fork and of origin it and gilded below painting
The parts to go up on this bicycle was
Crank 3 pcs Sugino maxy cross
Stem Old Japanese chromo
Brakes MX 1000
Wheels skyway hubs metal
Seat post Sr Laprade and pedal SR
Handlebar aluminum vbar
The whole color Gold except the skyway yellow
