curtis info please
« on: October 05, 2006, 08:42 PM »
well it dosnt rain it pours
i put the feelers out for a curtis frame last week and thanks to san i now have one en route.
well as luck would have it,i sniped an old batterd looking curtis frame on ebay and won the bugger for £37.50 (result)
i got the 1 off ebay today and after a little cleaning shes a peach,no dent, cracks or anything.

the craftsmanship is 1st rate,i love british frames.
id love some info on brian curtis.
how long were these bikes made
although the decals on curtis frames are quite simple id like some scans if someone has any.
god save the queen :LolLolLolLol:

I too saw that frame and thought about the forks, but also you had bid already - nice to let another member score for a decent price now and then  :daumenhoch:

why not ask the curtis shop to make you a set of forks?
