bottom bracket question

ive been told that mid bb is just us pushed out of the bearing cups is this true, please help me as ive just bought a frame with a mid bb and currently have spanish so i need to no  :LolLolLolLol:

morning dbj,

yeah for a 19mm BB, the bearings in a mid bb are just the R12 bearings out of a stanadrd US BB, eg profile, etc. without the cups.

dunno if this is the case with a regular 22mm US BB tho...

thanks bp my nans coming home tomorrow and she will be staying with me so ill have my hands full looking after her :daumenhoch: 

i have primo cranks so i think ill just buy the bb kit to be on the safe side lol

i got myself one of them new sunday frames in grey with gyro tabs ans a 20,5tt, ive seen lazychubs one and i relly liked the way it rode so i bought one lol, but i have to wait over a week to get it coz alans have to order direct from padded cell and its the only one padded cell have left in that colour and size

haha thanx rhys it's the only one padded cell have coming into the country in that size and colour with tabs there pretty rare apparently so i can't wait to get it :LolLolLolLol:

and yes the bearings are standard 19mm axle ones that push straight in
