Clagget went home hurt again  (waiting to hear what exactly he's done) after trying a framestand alley-oop grind and arse-planting the coping/deck.  He went into a proper bit of shock, white as a sheet and had to be sat down for a fair while. He said it felt like all his internal organs had been bounced around. He went to his G/Fs parents place so he had a ride to the hospital should he feel the need.

With him packed off the session continued and shortly after I went over the bars and managed to spear myself with the bars... Without going into too much detail, all the important bits of me were only narrowly missed and today my pubes are growing out of a ferkin great big bruise  :o :o

Not pretty, but a lucky escape really.  So yeah, a shite session. apart from Paul. Props.

Jeez, sounds like a rough and tumble session!  Earliest I'll be able to get back up there will be Thursday fortnight :( , I'm not getting nearly enough time on the bike at the moment.

Thanx for the shouts lads.
I was only saying to TWOBOB
recently that its all good and riding well.
Derren seems to be alright
bruised and battered but no real damage.
he was complaing about feeling his age,  the stacks starting to hurt and hitting the pain killers.
sounds like its time for him to sign up to the site.
thanx again
paul

just to let you know im ok but hurting like you wouldnt believe.  the hospital said that its a pulled/torn muscle or the lower part of the ribs witch is cartlege (cant spell that but you get the drift) so theres nothing they can do just sit and wait.
thanks for all your help again lads its starting to become an habit i will break.
but that gring that paul had was one that i would be proud of and it was well worth seeing that.
hope to be there next week but dont count on it.
