Just no to the gripper, they are minging!! A dominator shouldn't be too hard to find.....If you are riding the bike clear sticky pads will work best on the mags, i think i have a set i would be willing to donate if you need them? they are brand new and unused.....

Was bought all og except tyres, front brake & pedals... Removed the og plate and bent MBK Bercy bars. Swapped out seat, seat post, tyres & tubes, grips, brake blocks (tbc), pedals, cable outers and front cable. Not a full blown resto, more of a clean and tidy up I guess.

Cheers Damo, yeah that stem is a nice bit if kit. I wasn't sure about the pedals but I think they look better than the og Unions. The grips were as close as I could get without shelling out 30 quid for A'me duals.
Question... Does the rear cable run to the rotor look ok ? It was crossing over the front when I got her, I didn't think it was necessary. PM from me soon 're the blocks.

Cheers Pete, she screamed 80's to me and apart from budget that was a big part of my decision to buy. She was an easy project to pop my freestyle cherry on. Maybe she won't be my last either.

Cheers John, I think she still has a bit of cool appeal too  well chuffed with how she turned out.
PM from me soon about the seat, I haven't got a gripper though, it's a crusty trick top or the one in the finished pics. I do have something else in faded red too.

It looks better than I thought it would Pete, and I think that's down to it being a smaller than standard seat, maybe ??

Damo, don't hate me but she's getting a white Kashi Handler  it's an 87 nos with marks and a bit yellowed. It was cheaper than a repop too because the seller slashed about a score off of the price, I couldn't resist. I personally think it'll work and love or hate them, time will tell.

Cheers Ady, she is now one of my faves  Thanks for the offer on the rubber, they're gorgeous but this build came in over budget and I can't spend any more  I'm thinking about another freestyle build soon and that too should have white tyres so you might be hearing from me soon 👍🏼
