Has anybody had a suntour power stem reannodised or know of any places that can do them with the steel shaft intact? Cheers in advance!  explosion

You can not anodise with the shaft in-situ. It will get dechromed and pollute the anodising bath. Any anodising that does occur will be compromised by the pollutants in the acid bath.
