Had a nice set of  chrome Araya 7x rim for this. Like with the cranks Terry didn’t go with the obvious Team Master parts. He told me he always used 401s and on this bike it was 36h Araya 7x with a coaster. So last night I started my love/hate task of delacing the rear wheel and adding the coaster hub...

Excuse the tyres for now, but I plan to ride it at Cleethorpes.

Current en route to SBD to pick up the rest of the bits to finish up this build, might take a while though as it’s not exactly local :-)

Driving from Stockholm to Cleethorpes, via SBD... just hope I remembered to pack the rest of the parts!

Wow.  That is an amazing build.  :coolsmiley:

What does the Orange GT 26" ride like? Are they built well? Sorry to go off topic.  :-[

I redid most of the parts on the 26, pretty much just the f&f and cranks left from the original bike. But I like it, it’s great for cycling around with my kids as they learn to bike and a lot easy on the knees lol

Got the bike all finished over the Cleethorpes weekend, and I’m so pleased how it all turned out.

Incredible bike! Top stuff!

How is the 3rd lever used in bar rides? I can't work it out?

I’m guessing the front of one foot can rest on it making it “easier”  to balance by giving something to push against.

Awesome build  :4_17_5:

Can we have some more pics please? Still can't work out what the extra lever was for? Looks like a good way to fetch your spleen out if you crash, but was there another, more practical reason for it?

PS let's see it in BOTM  :daumenhoch:

The only thing you need to do now is give the bike to someone to ride and chuck around for a month ... then it would be perfect  8)
