Nightly rates as follows -
Prices based on twin/double room
Friday  9th August @£42.00  per room (ONLY 3 ROOMS LEFT)
How to book?

1) Call 01908 681000
2) Say you would like a room for  Friday 9th, as part of the 'BMX allocation'
3) Give your card details to secure the booking - no money taken at this stage
4) Pay on arrival at hotel **make it clear that you are part of the BMX ALLOCATION to ensure you get charged the correct (discounted) rate***


Simple! Booking this way will save you money. In theory you have until 9th July to book, but since it's first-come-first-served I wouldn't advise hanging about!

That might be a good idea Nick - It seems we've had a few issues - I think some of the staff at the hotel might be new. There's a guy there called Keiron, and he's really helpful

booked very year since 2014 and this has been a far cheaper booking that normal.

  discounted room availability now as follows:

Friday 9th August - 3 rooms left.
Saturday 10th - 0 rooms left at the discounted rate. Rooms may still be available, but will be charged at the hotel's usual rate.


Another option is the Premier Inn @ Willen Lake. This hotel is also close to the track/event, but does NOT offer free car parking. You can check availability via this link
