That looks a bit like a Falcon 24 going by the gusset and the forks are 24" Landing Gear or copies.  I don't think that it's a Pro Lite but I stand to be corrected  :-X  Looks clean though.

Could be a tange made set up.Looks like the forks are generic 24" tange from the early eighties..
