I know Alan's BMX charge £20 per wheel if you supply hubs, rims and spokes. I think they help you with spoke choice too and will supply if needed. http://www.alansbmx.com/763/products/custom_wheelbuild.aspx

I agree Ady ,that building wheels is very therapeutic,often do mine while watching tv.always true my wheels using an old pair of forks and a front brake keep thinking I should get a truing stand,but too tight to but one (that's why I build wheels myself)
