I’ve got some white Haro tyres that are a bit dry and yellowed is there any way of restoring them

I used trainer whitener on mine once, worked a treat.

If they are for show.....there is a white rubber paint solution which is meant for restoring the tyres on Silver Cross prams...

You can tart them up for a show bike but if they are deteriorated there is nothing you can do if you want to ride them. The vulcanisation process cannot be replicated, reversed or rejuvenated

Tried jif the other night All I done was almost rub the Haro logo off the side wall I am a 🤡
