What ya got on the back burner this winter?
« on: October 24, 2017, 03:29 PM »
For the third winter running no new build for me but I am giving them all an overhaul.

Starting with this bad boy.

Swapping the Suzue hubs out for GT gen 1.

The Cyclecraft 24 need a complete rebuild as it's been ridden in all weathers this year.

And this will get the correct fork standers too.

This should be getting a GT seat.

What have you got going on in the back ground?

First I'm close to finish my beloved Performer. I still need gen-1 fork standers for this.

Then I need a place to give this Sport a bath as I don't have the room in my house. I haven't decided yet if I do the frame repair as well and then building it to it's original spec, or just give it a bath and pass it on. But I'll keep this as a survivor for sure.

...sorry for the shitty pics  :-[

Ordered my first FBM frame and fork that's being built for me with some cheeky bars, picking it up in January. Some how ended up with two more Sunday pro's that need a clean, don't know how that happened, am sure I will end up buying something else and then wondering why.

Nowt, had the Burner GS project on the go for the last 3 or 4 years but never been bothered to get the thing painted so just sat there.  Looks like someone else might be taking it on though  :daumenhoch:

Yes please! One of my favourite ever frames! :daumenhoch:

Nothing as fancy, but I've got my Redline build to be getting on with, and a few odds and sods to sort out on the Crupi.

Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. Miss you loads Dad
