Guessing the top tube has snapped at some point but the weld above the bb looks iffy too. If only it could speak and tell us the story  :D

Just a thought - probably I'm wrong, but could the mod at the toptube been done to get a more convenient geometry? Heared people did that even to Cali-Freestylers.  :idiot2:
But if it doesn't differ to a regular quad-geometry, which is hard to tell from a picture, I'm defo wrong.   :-\
