OG gold Dia compe caliper used as colour match for rims/cages/crank/lever etc, anodising by Badger Anodising [ Attachment: You are not allowed to view attachments ]
Thought building a wheel would be easy but in all honesty the 1st one took me AGES, spent a while trueing the rims but I'm happy with the results!

Looking hoo so far, but flip your seat guts around and take your seat clamp up so that it sits flush with the top of the seat tube.

Whilst looking for a pic I know I have of my old Diamond back silver steak, I stumbled across this pic of my transition from pedal power to petrol power. Pic taken 1992 when I was 20yrs young
I always thought that my 3rd BMX - Hutch (pictured) had Vector bars on it but from the pic they are Renthal bars. Think this bike got dumped as mind was on new toys.
I'll keep searching for the other pics

Your seat guts is still the wrong way round!
the bolt should be behind the seat post not in front of it!

Thanks Swivel, would have liked more OG parts (seat post/grips & brake cable) but they are either non existent or sky high prices.
Still it was my 1st build
Cheers

Super job.
I know what you mean about original parts and dates, very easy to whip yourself into a pulp over that.
Patience, patience and get clever!
