Bars ID
« on: July 13, 2017, 10:17 PM »
Found these bars down the local tip a couple of months ago, any ideas on them lads please?
There are serial numbers and other stampings on them.

Can't remember the measurements offhand, but they are about 29 inch wide

They do look very slam bars Nick, It's the serial numbers that threw me though. Thought it would be more the fact that they are stamped, that might have thrown a clue up  :-\

I would say they ain't GT bars, sure the crossbar is higher on those, could be wrong though!

Just looking at the shape, I'd say they're more mid/new school than old school.

the cross bars kind of high for the mid 90s plus the rise being higher than 7inch, I would say there late 80s or very early-90s at best and the welding looks good ;) so at least there well made and not a bad looking or a weird size bar, as to what they are or who made them its a mystery >:D >:D >:D >:D >:D
