Anyone familiar with Puch 80's bmx (pics added)

I will put pictures up tomorrow, I promise.
I've just got my hands on a nice condition chrome bmx with aero plastic wheels and I believe it to be a Puch Ranger Track.
It's got an SR stem too.
Lovely survivor condition which I will be leaving as is and riding.

My question is, has anyone come across these before?
Any way of deciphering the serial number? (Which I will put up).

Not sure that's a Puch tbh mate but i could be wrong.
Jaymz may be along soon... he's more in tune with this sort of stuff.
