I had a BMX-heavy Sunday today, checking out Tokyo’s annual Happy Bike Meeting on my way to a practice session at Kawaguchi bmx track!! That meant taking my new school Crupi to the old school mecca that is the HBM! Spot the interloper:-

I was fed up with the handlebars slipping on walls and scraping the plastic bar ends on the ground, so dug out some rubber bar ends from my spares box. I think these were on a racer that I had 35 years ago! Not the coolest addition but hey, they do the trick!
