Hi, I think that I was mudman on here previously but once my boy stopped racing and daughter spent more time dancing. I've got a new one now and he likes riding; anywhere, any time, any distance, 4 miles from a 4 year old isn't bad.
I started way back in 1980 and rode all manner or stuff. Kept my stuff, got going again mid school, lost my leg early 2000's and then started racing again!
My current thing is my 26" cruiser that I got in '82 and restored a few years back.

It was stickered as a Cal Cruiser when I got it in Bournemouth all those years ago but having read a BMX MUSEUM thread, 239 pages, it would appear to be an S&S. The whole who built what with these bikes is crazy complicated at times.
Anyway, where are the others? I remember a show race at Hayes in the early '80's with someone on an MCS and the other on a Powerlite (think). I can't thrash it like I used to, but seeing a few on a track, albeit probably unsuitable for the, ahem, slightly lazy head tube angles, is awesome! So lf your hiding one, please show me. Can I say no Raleigh Bombers?
