I think the vg symbol on the newer ones is smaller.that was the case with a newer seatpost clamp and I've seen stems with the smaller vg.

Sold it ages ago.lovely frame set but it was just too long for me.it went to Maddog and he sold it to midschooljon I think.not sure who has it now.
