Been told it's Mike Dominguez but I'm not familiar with the skatepark. Going off the background it looks like it's in the U.K.
Any ideas?

I originally thought it was Kona Skatepark in Florida but was told it was a church and racecourse in the background and it was in the U.K. That's why I thought someone here might know. Thanks,I feel like I'm a little closer to finding out where it is...
