anyone got any idea what these forks are?

deffo freestyle forks ... they've got a cable guide for potts mod on the back ... I was wondering if 'rota system' was some kind of gyro / spinner thing? thought Clint might know  :)

They also seem to have been smoked chrome at one point.

Haven't got a clue Ed?! They on that Bully, are they even 90's forks? Don't look anything special, dropouts like that & rota system emblazoned on them wouldn't be filling me with confidence  :LolLolLolLol:
