If ET was a modern film I wonder if this would have been the bmx of choice  ::)

I seem to remember a documentary where it was reported, or even recorded, that Spielberg asked his son 'what was a cool bike' and the answer was 'Kuwahara'. I have that memory and have nothing more to back it up with, nothing.
That said what would the director's son say today, given we are so many years on? I do not know, I am stil stuck in 1982 but others may be able to answer the question: '..what BMX is cool?'

I heard that originally Brian Curtis was asked, but it didn't happen due to the number of bikes required....

Are you questioning if this beauty of a electric bmx with a massive picnic hamper on the front wouldn't be classed as cool for a modern ET  :2funny:

With ET's podgy body it'll be easy to ride along with that electric motor under you.

Tbh I think it's bloody awful but that's why we all like different things
