1987 Diamond Back 'Mike Dominguez' Strike Zone.

I was out of the BMX Freestyle game buy about '86 so not sure how era-correct the build etc this is, but the look of the bike and the build is awesome. There's a couple of these Strike Zones being built at the moment, and this one is pretty much up there. Love it.....
When I was born, the world was a far simpler place.
It was all just cops and robbers.
And BMX.

1984 Yes Titan TX Turbo.

Ok well Ive not been on here for a while, never do BOTM & never build race bikes so this is something very new for me.

I picked this F&F set up just before Christmas & finally finished it today (sorry for the crap indoor pics).

Yes BMX are probably better known for supplying a massive % of lids sold to to us kids back in the 80's & saving a few lives as a result. But they were a British based BMX Bike Apparel Helmet & Accessory company who also distributed Suzuki BMX in the UK.

Yes seemingly entered in to the BMX market in 1983 Based In Lynchford Rd, Farnborough, Hants, England. Their bikes were predominantly made in Taiwan by the Akisu & Lungi Bike factories.

This is a top of the range 1984 Yes Titan TK Turbo  (designed by Harvey Monkton) Team rider & made from 4130 Chromoly.

Bit more information about the brand on this reference page here: https://www.facebook.com/YESBMXUK/'ref=bookmarks
