Skyway pedals
« on: January 25, 2017, 08:13 PM »
Hi all, I have been out of the bmx scene for a number of years due to work and family and I have totally lost touch with the price of parts , I sold most of my bikes about 5 yrs ago but I couldn't bear to part with my loopy ripper the poor thing has been undercover in the garage for years and I want to freshen it up with some  new parts, I'm thinking of changing the pedals and wheels,at the moment  it has crupi pro rounds on it but I would like to change them for some red skyway graphite pedals. Are they hard to get hold of and what sort of price do they go for? I have looked on the bay but I can't find any. Thanks in advance. Tel

Depends on condition, but i think you're looking at about £120-£200. I've seen a few pairs for sale recently on some of the various old school bmx sales/trades facebook groups

They do come up on the FB pages ( sadly your best bet these days for sourcing parts ) like Andy said up to £200 depending on condition/nosness

Thanks gents it's good to be back , I've never done Facebook and never will. My search will continue for the graphite pedals, I may have to sell my crupi pro rounds  to build up the funds what they are worth I do not know, I think they are more popular in the states, I can only find the minis on the bay. Firstly I must give the bike a good clean and put my original yellow label comp 3s on and bring her into the house where she belongs.
