Anyone know what year Primo brought out the V-Track tyres?

i got a magazine from 2000 that has them in.
dont know if there out much earlier than that.
i'd like to know myself as i got a couple of pairs.

Late '96 by the looks - they appear in me scan of Custom Riders from that year (Ride Oct/Nov 1996):

sure i'd seen em on a pic of a early 90s GT racer, so could have been about a few years before that ad, like the GT 1.75s n megabites (assuming they are skin wall)

ive checked all the scans and as danny said late 96 seems to be when they first appeared, there is very little info on them even after searching google if not found anything, ive got a set of v track2's so would like to know when they came out

I have a NOS pair of fat and thin Primo V-Tracks

In fact they are still in the box unopened from Generallee from about 4 years ago

I opened the box yesterday and got them out! Not sure whether to put them on my Hoffman Flash or not $:-\$ . Might see if I can get another set of wheels for it first...
