It's a generic Taiwanese frame made and distributed under probably 50 different brands like Townsend, Apollo, universal, concept, toys r us.
The frameset itself was still in production up until very recently and could be bought in China and India as a brand new bike.
They're just utter rubbish
Keep the wheels and seat and bin the rest
