Forks look like Akisu Aeros.
Some of the UK Supergoose had the same brake bridge as Californian, as the Supergoose model was difficult to obtain in UK. It is really a Californian but the original buyer in the 80s would have purchased it as a Supergoose.The Forks don't look correct.
