What's the longest time you have waited to get a part?

Been after some Cmc rims etc for about 6 months now, not that long really I suppose!

Think the longest has been abour a year for a f+f I wanted.

I think for some of you, probably a lot longer?

When I start thinking of putting a bike together its already based around parts I have available, so its not really too much of an issue, stock builds are the hardest.

I waited 5 years(!) for my blue National Pro F&F to arrive in the UK after I purchased it, but that's a whole other story... I'd also been hunting for a Rickman Pro for around 3 years before 'Rusty Rick' turned up.

Started looking for an Elina seat in blue about 2005 not found one yet but have found one or two at way out there prices.  Have also been looking for an Ace Racing frame since 2004 and have only ever seen one come up that Ratty had then sold to 58delray.

Been after a blue OG haro straight bar pad for my 84 FST for 6 years ... Got a red one at MK last year for a fiver! ...but I still want a blue one!
