It's a little difficult to see with the pics you have provided. Some better pics would make it easier to ID. Get a photobucket or similar hosting account and copy and paste the IMG code here. Some better pics of the rear dropouts would help. It certainly look like a Puch but all the images I have looked at show 2 types of frames with different front gussets...one type like  a mongoose between the TT and DT, and the other type has a gusset below the Downtube...yours has neither, which makes me wonder....

The bike is for sale that's the pics he sent me. Not for alot of money, going to look at it today, might take a gamble on it. Its the gusset thats throwing me everything else looks puch. This is a pic I got of a 1984 puch on the bmx museum. Do you think it's the same one? [ Attachment: You are not allowed to view attachments ]

Again. bit difficult to see details...that pic looks like it has a looptail. The bike you are going to see probably is a Puch, I doubt many would put Puch decals on a bike as they are fairly cheap bikes to begin with.

Yours doesn't look like a Puch to me (they usually have some sort of gusset). Then again I'd be surprised if someone has re-stickered a generic type frame up with Puch decals... thought that was a Skyway thing.  :LolLolLolLol:
The black one you've posted has a looptail so isn't the same mate.  :daumenhoch:

Didn't see the loop tail in that black puch, but it doesn't have a gusset on it,  that's the only puch that I can find with not some sort of gusset on it. Suppose I'll have to go with my instincts when I get to see it later. Thanks

I'd give it a swerve, cheap components and tabs for a chain guard most likely a POS, sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
