I emailed A'me direct in 2012, heard nothing back from them. I can't see why they wouldn't reissue them though.

There's a picture of some Duals on a page on their website, doesn't say if they are releasing them though.

A chap called Mark Tawaf from one of the OZ Facebook groups said he's ordered a batch of Duals from Ame....... think he has an online shop ?
