Hi mate, the very best of luck with your search. Unfortuately both items are hard to find, especially the grips. It took me 2 years to find a good set. I paid £165 from Australia, but that was about 4/5 years ago. I reckon you'd be looking at around £300 now, for a good but used pair

Tap up Ash Kam on FB for the stem. Grips have been fetching silly money £300 plus some times. Tap up Ty on oz Bmx on FB for grips, he may be the man for those.

I think the markings on the flange differ in some way.

and I think the font is slightly smaller. Super cool though. I love Hutch grips
