Citric acid bath help!
« on: August 13, 2016, 08:12 PM »
Hi all, I've recently acquired a lovely nickel supergoose frame and forks, and gold stem. Looking to start cleaning the frame, ive read a couple of how to threads on citric acid baths, I just have a couple of questions, will this be ok to use on my nickel frame, and the gold stem inc hardware? And how long do I leave it in the bath for?

Not massively advised on Nickel. Anything chrome works very well same as an OA bath. On my Nickel Goose I used a Goddards cloth. Peek works well also for any tough areas.
