Picked up a bike today and stopped off at MK BMX track
« on: July 11, 2016, 10:51 PM »
Myself and Mrs DTTDB went to the Stars & stripes American car show at Tatton Park last week. There was all sorts of stuff there including a few bikes. Mrs DTTDB saw a ladies shopper bike that caught her eye, a Puch pic nic. So after we got home I went straight onto ebay and found one for sale on a buy it now for £60. I offered £40 which was accepted. Result! The only issue was that it was collection only.... from Northampton - that's a 250 mile round trip. I was off work today, so drove down and picked it up. Seeing as I wasn't far away, I decided to stop off at a place many of us will recognise...

and here's one with the bike...

It felt strange being there and it being so quiet. The calm before the storm....

I see the second field is as wild as ever Andy. We could do with a few sheep on a rope tied to a pole in the middle of the field  :LolLolLolLol:
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

I WAS tempted, and I still had my pump in the car from the weekend, so could have pumped up the tyres. That would have made a great photo  :LolLolLolLol:

Can anyone let us borrow a flock of sheep/herd of cows to sort out that other field?

I'm sure the "rad army" can work together to sort something out ... It really would add to everybody's benefit and enjoyment  :daumenhoch:
