1995 Diamondback Reactor Decals

I'm new to the site and currently restoring my first mid school BMX. It's a Diamondback Reactor and the frame is in reasonable condition but to properly clean it up the Decals need to come off, they're not in great condition anyway.

I'd appreciate any advice on where it might be possible to source replacements from or opinions for that matter on whether to bother replacing even. On eBay there are more generic DB decals but it would be cool to replace with the right ones.

Sounds interesting, get some pictures loaded up

Long way to go but have replaced crank, bearings, chainring, chain and pedals as all were in poor condition compared to rest of bike. In fact suspect they'd been swapped out prior to it being listed for sale.

New bars, grips and levers were also necessary due to being dented and rusted beyond belief. I've been reading up on how to properly refrain the frame so that will be the next big project August bank holiday weekend methinks.

Rolls well now but not yet seen local track. Been riding MTB for last 20 years so best take it easy

It's an ugly bloody thing no doubt but I'm 6ft 4 so it serves a purpose for the moment. Definitely will change at some point. Any ideas?

Go for a normal layback but one that's not so steep and without the brace. Your bars look like they could actually go forward a little as well?

Good suggestion Pickle. Moved the bars forward already but seat post and saddle are next on list now.....once brakes sorted!

Good suggestion Pickle. Moved the bars forward and have changed seat post and seat. Bearings in bottom bracket and headset replaced and running nicely now. Gave the frame and forks the citric acid bath as well. Quite chuffed with myself as a novice! Pic to follow.

Swapped seat and seat post and stripped whole thing down to give frame and forks a citric acid bath that brought them up quite nicely. Running well now. Quite pleased with first effort as a novice!
