The GT Pro Performer in this thread is my old bike from BITD. It the reason why I have "I left it in the garden" as my personal text. I left it in the garden of my last house the day we moved and the removal guys forgot it. When I realised and went back the new owners f**ked me off. I'd love to track it down.

Lee fits in because it looks like he bought the bike from the guys who bought my old house.

Ive tried a search of facebook, found one guy but he's not been back to me. Its a long shot, it may have been refinished or broken for parts, but I thought if I got hold of him he may have info on who he sold it onto....

Afternoon guys.. Blimey that's gt I brought years ago from a yard in upminster.. Must of been about 11yrs ago.. I stuck It on eBay and buyer come from quite a few miles away to collect it..by looking at yours it does look different though.. Bars are different for one

Lee, yeah, I changed the GT bars for forklifters, along with the GT Stem. Check the graphfight pedal on the right hand side with the pictures in your post and you'll see a 1/4" rubber strap over the ends of the pedals which we used to do to protect them during trackstands....

Couldn't believe it when I saw your photos. I lived in Hornchurch and am now in Upminster. Do you remember the name of the yard / business in Upminster? The guys who bought my house both worked in Fords, I guess they had someone working in the garden and let them have it?

Long shot, any idea who you sold it too on Ebay?

Some old fella called bill and his brothers name was peter.. Used to do house removals.. He rang me saying he had a old bmx which he was taking to scrap.. So I met them at yard before it went to the crushers.. I'll look back through my feedback mate.. But think cos it was over 11years ago might not be able to look at original sale.. I will check though for you..
