I had one of these BITD! It's a 1994 and those ACS/Weinmann 36H wheels were standard on the Vertigo. I put black coaster Skyways on mine, had the seat tube drilled like the 1994 Performer and put a Weinmann touring centrepull on the back as recommended in Ride (issue 6?) It was cool. I traded it for a KHE Skunk (what I'd give for one now!)
It needs four piece bars though, either GT ones or kneesaver types or something like that
