just to let anyone who fancies a proper few hours berm sitting, jumping,  talking crap and drinking a couple of beers! me , boo and scooby, flying fox the fox cub, conrad, lee, the hibster and an alleged appearance by mattski wickham will be having a bit of a go from 1pm on Sunday. Of course the more the merrier so hope to see a few more people down there

I've got a free day!!!!

My mini BMX track tour will start when i've had breakfast. Dunstable first till lunch time (i love their first straight )

Then good old MK till the missus gets home and phones me up having a go about me not doing any housework.

Matt Wickham turning up    are you sure about that Dino? Hes been out riding about 3 times this year all ready.
