Will there be any organised races held at MK this year. Not been for a few years so not sure what the format is nowadays.

yes and it's run by MK club so proper rules and equipment needed, helmet gloves etc etc

Think that's half the problem Nick, people go with good intentions of racing but get tanked up on the Saturday night and then wake up Sunday feeling proper rough and think Fook it.
I was guilty of doing it a couple of year back

If i do it'll only be to make the numbers up... ain't been on a teack for 18 mths and there's been no catching Richie Bowkett anyway... he's smashed it the last coupla yrs.
